About the Author

Rosalind Basford is a Christian author with a deep passion for helping young hearts grow in their love and understanding of God Word. As a devoted wife, proud mother and loving grandmother she has a passion to support families by creating stories that are engaging and biblically sounds for children of all ages. Her unique ability to accurately present the Word of God in an age appropriate fashion through rhyme and vibrant illustrations is visible in her “Did You know” book series.

JA Kent State University graduate and former Children’s Ministry Coordinator with a background in education, she understands first hand how instrumental faith-based storytelling can be in shaping a child’s spiritual journey. Over the years she’s has served alongside churches to help nurture young hearts and those experiences continue to shape the motivation behind her writings.

Whether she’s writing or simply spending time with her family, Rosalind carries a deep commitment to encouraging the next generation in their walk with Christ. Her heart for ministry and family is evident in all she does.
